We promise complete satisfaction to all our customers! If you are not satisfied for any reason please contact us at 305 418 4030 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (R.M.A.). If a return is made after 15 days it will incur a 25% restocking fee. If a return is made after 30 days it will incur a 35% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from the time of purchase unless approved by management. Shipping and Handling charges are non- refundable. Returned checks will incur an additional $25.00 service charge for each N.S.F. check we receive.

WARRANTY PARTS

Parts covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be charged to the customer until credit is given to Worldwide Laundry by the manufacturer. All cores must be returned within 15 days so that we may process the claim. The manufacturer makes all decisions in regards to warranty and damaged parts, not Worldwide Laundry.
